This Privacy Policy explains what information clips4watch.com (“we”, “the site”) collects when you visit, and how it is used. The site is intended only for adults aged 18 or over (or the age of majority where you live).
What the site is
clips4watch.com is an index of clip previews (titles, descriptions, screenshots and technical details). We do not host full videos. Download links point to files stored on third-party file-hosting services such as Tezfiles. We have no account system and do not sell anything directly.
Information we collect
- Anonymous visit statistics. We use Koko Analytics, a privacy-friendly statistics tool that runs on our own server. It counts page views and referring sites. It does not use third-party trackers, does not build a profile of you and does not store your IP address.
- Age confirmation and cookie notice choices. When you confirm you are 18+ or dismiss the cookie notice, a small cookie/local-storage entry is saved in your browser for about 30 days so you are not asked again on every page.
- Search terms. Searches you make on the site may be logged in anonymous form to improve search results.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and the page requested) for security and to keep the site running. These are kept for a limited time and are not used to identify visitors.
- Messages you send us. If you contact us (for example with a content-removal request), we use the details you provide only to handle your request.
Cookies
We use only first-party cookies needed for the site to work and for anonymous statistics: c4w_age (remembers your age confirmation), c4w_cookie_ok (remembers that you dismissed the cookie notice) and a Koko Analytics cookie used to tell new and returning visits apart. You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings at any time; if you do, the age confirmation will be shown again.
Third-party sites
When you click a download or premium link you leave our site and go to a third-party service (for example Tezfiles). Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, which we do not control. Please read them before using those services.
Sharing of information
We do not sell or rent personal information. We may disclose information only where required by law or to protect the site and its users.
Minors
This site is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. Parents can use parental-control tools; the site carries the RTA (Restricted To Adults) label to help these tools block it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example in the EU/UK under the GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you, or to object to its use. Because we collect very little data and no accounts, in most cases we hold nothing that identifies you. To make a request, use the details on our Contact page.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
