DMCA / Content Removal

clips4watch.com respects the rights of content creators and copyright owners. The site does not host full videos: it shows previews (titles, descriptions and screenshots) and links to files stored on third-party hosting services. We respond quickly to valid removal requests under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and similar laws.

How to request removal

Send a notice to contact@clips4watch.com with the subject line “DMCA / Content Removal” and include:

  1. Your name, company (if any), postal address, phone number and email address.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed (for example the title, studio and a link to the original).
  3. The exact URL(s) on clips4watch.com of the page(s) you want removed.
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
  5. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner’s behalf.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

What happens next

We aim to review valid notices and remove or disable the listed pages within 48 hours (usually sooner). Because the files themselves are stored by third-party hosts, we also recommend sending a notice directly to the file host (for example Tezfiles) so the file can be removed at the source.

Other removal requests

If you appear in content on this site and want it removed for privacy or consent reasons, or if you believe any content may involve a minor or non-consenting person, contact us immediately at the same address. Such reports are handled with priority and the content is removed while we review it.

Counter-notice

If you believe material was removed by mistake, you may send a counter-notice with your contact details, the removed URL, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed in error.

Repeat infringements will result in the permanent removal of the related content.
